Our Health & Safety Protocol

Committed to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, we have implemented extensive new health and safety protocols to our operation to respond to the COVID-19 situation and to ensure the property is a haven during your stay.


Our protocols originate and are mandated by:

  • The World Health Organization (WHO).

  • The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

  • The local Aruba Health Department (DVG).

  • Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA).

  • Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP).

  • Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA).

  • Aruba Hotel & Tourism Authority (AHATA).



Guest Arrival Procedures:

  • Pre-registration online from the comfort of your home.

  • Self-check-in process.

  • Welcome call upon arrival via Zoom.

  • Property will be sealed with a "Clean Seal" sticker after final inspection and disinfection with no entries prior to your arrival after the property has been sealed.

  • Touchless processes for entry with disinfected smart lock keypads and lockbox keys.

  • Touchless house manual and guest directory on our hospitality app.


Housekeeping:

  • As a certified and accredited member of the VRMA and VRHP, we have implemented the VRMA/VRHP Safe Home cleaning protocol. In addition to our usual, robust housekeeping cleaning service, thorough disinfection of the property takes place prior to guest arrival.

  • Only EPA approved cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting products are used.

  • Special care is given to high touch hard surface areas such as door handles, doors, pull handles, iron handles, hangers, handle knobs, and touch pads on microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, water faucets, shower sets, TVs and remote controls, light switches, and thermostats, safe box handle, trash receptacle, sink faucets and toilet handles, seat and cover, si


nk counter, hairdryers, towel bars, soap and lotion dispensers, trash receptacle touchpoints, lamp switches, door handles and touch displays of washer and dryer.

  • HVAC filters are cleaned and disinfected prior to each check-in,


Laundry:

Our laundry is outsourced to a professional laundromat and linens are wash in high heat commercial washers and dryers to kill all germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens.
